1. It does not work with android 6.xx or any version below android 10. 2. As we sign in to a Micronova server over Wi-Fi the connection is thus not direct from the App to the Appliance. 3. The Wi-Fi Module is unreachable. I had to change from WiFi to Bluetooth which is a complicated procedure because it asks for location when we are indoors. Then does not need it any more. 3. App set up is bad. If one forgets the password, there is no way to recover it. And it starts in italian. Ridiculous.

Disaster, first year worked great, second year constant error. I need to try at last 10 times to get connection. Cadel does not help, easy connect says that the seller needs to help... Expensive, useless, if you can avoid this product.

Micronova does not help,and Cadel neither. One purchases an expensive appliance with Wi-Fi control only to disvover the Appplication to control it does not work on Android versions prior to 10. in total disrespect toward Euro regulations, let alone citizens of every country the appliance is sold in, the App is totally in Italien. If we purchase top Klover appliance,the same software from the developer works on anything from as well as Appl... other reviews ha been blocked or erased. Bad people.
