Keeps saying no internet found. But works fine when deleted and reinstalled; which I don't want to do every time I use it...! Update - has never worked correctly with my Samsung Galaxy 7 phone (often reports no internet until I switch wifi on and off again). Now it is no longer sending notifications to the phone at all despite all usual attempts to rectify (yet works on a separate iPhone). Very very poor.

I have had this app for about two years it has worked reasonably well. I recently upgraded to android 15 /Moto g55 and the app no longer works. After I login I get a message "cannot read properties of undefined (reading ''lenght''). The app then crashes ... I have uninstalled the app, cleared data and cache, reinstalled with WiFi off, with WiFi on etc to no avail. The app continues to work on my old phone and another family members phone ... I can't find a number to call to ask for help .

Is the app compatible with Google Home? Also, what are the toggle buttons to the right of each room or door (next to the “open door” symbol) actually for, what do they do? Lastly, I’m finding the biometric login works perfectly in my iPad but, unlike every other biometric login on my Android (Samsung A34) phone, it sometimes takes 2 or 3 attempts to be accepted there. Thanks.
