Awesome quality dimmer switches. They work with nearly all LED lights with no flicker. with some non dimmable bulbs there is a little flicker. The only issue is once in a great while the dimmer won't turn on or off as it loses connection to my Google router. After asking Google to turn it on/off then it works fine after Google says it's temporarily unavailable. If it wasn't for that 5+ stars.

When it works it is good. The app does not always maintain Internet connectivity even though it is 12' from the router with no metal between the two devices. Only one schedule is followed the vast majority of time requiring manual toggle to turn the device on. Now the new license agreement screen comes up and the screen is blank with no way to accept the agreement keeping me from using the app. Eaton is a strong brand name, but smart devices are definitely not their strong suit.

As a wheelchair user I really appreciate the ability to turn my lights and switches on and off using an app on my phone. I now wish that the contractor who put these in would have chosen something else. I am really frustrated with the length of time these things stay offline and the time-consuming process it takes to reconnect them. they are now offline for over 24 hours, they will not reconnect and my email to customer support has not been returned.
