Installed app. Cannot sucessfully register with this app even to begin to configuring wifi on first Eaton switch installed. Had 47 more to go. Tried 3 diifferent email accounts to register the app, yet never received a verification code at any of them. Tried calling technical support, but couldn't reach them either. Had 47 more of these devices to install, but will be returning them all. Don't nobody have time for such clown products!

This app is complete junk. It refuses to start reporting it has a "problem getting the list of home list". Clearing data, cache, restarting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling app do not change this. Yet Google home is quite happy to control the Eaton dimmer. So there's nothing wrong with my phone, network or the dimmer. Suggest you buy a different brand.

Generally it's a good app and the accompanying devices strike a good balance between affordable and functional. There aren't very many resources to help with learning functionality, but the customer service was really helpful. It turns out the sunrise and sunset scheduling features are actually tuned to civil twilight rather than actually sunrise and sunset times which was a little confusing.
