The Eaton Remote Monitoring app, part of the Brightlayer Software Suites and enabled by the Brightlayer platform, monitors select Eaton network-connected devices plus an expanding family of connected Eaton components.

The app notifies you via alarms and events (e-mail, SMS, and Push notifications) when the status of a monitored Eaton device or connected component changes its operational state that is powering your Data Center, Industrial Site or other locations.

The Remote Monitoring app can scale to meet your needs-whether you have hundreds to thousands of digitally connected devices installed across hundreds of locations or whether you are an OEM monitoring machines shipped globally.

What’s new

Remote Monitoring 3.1.0 provides two new features. The first streamlines how to navigate thru the tree hierarchy and the second improves dashboard widgets for the web application. Also included are major bug and defect fixes covering: Entitlement & Subscription Management, Device Management & Connectivity, Notifications and Alarms, User & Access Management, Realm a& Organization Management, Load Management, Device Profiles, Localization & Formatting, Automations and Security/Cybersecurity.
