Upgrades to the have been exceptional. Are utilized the live chat the other day and it was great. Overall experience has been great, that being said, the live chat scroll bar on my Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge is miniscule. The scroll bar is maybe a quarter of an inch long and the bar itself when trying to scroll is maybe a millimeter in thickness. It makes it hard for someone with large fingers to navigate. Please address this issue.

app is easy to use and navigate and you do alot om there. but how much do yall have to update it? like seriously every other day I get a message saying I can't access it because there's updates going on

Always have to force stope to get up dates on my account. Used to be accurate before the supposed upgrade
