Ratings and reviews

1 star as it's not possible to go lower. Not fit for purpose. Requires an account to get started, then forgets you were logged in occasionally. When in the app, having the mug remain connected without dropping off and not reconnecting again is seemingly an impossible task. Install this app if you don't value your time and want to have space taken up on your phone.

Pairing with the phone is so unreliable. Every couple times you use it, you end up having to remove the mug from your phone entirely, kill and restart the app, put the mug into pairing mode, and try to add it back. They actually tell you to do this every time it won't connect. And then you often have to try several times to get it to pair again. Edit: This is hot garbage. Doing all of that is bad enough; having to retry several times to get it to reconnect is not remotely worth it.

I have $10 Temu earbuds that have a more stable Bluetooth connection than these things. I got the mug at Christmas and I've had to wipe the mug from app's memory and re-connect it at least twice a month since then. The app freezes at various points and the app is the only way to trigger the heater. I love the idea and I didn't pay for it, so it's worth the pfaff, but don't spend your own money.
