Ratings and reviews

A nice app does some things quite well unless you have an award flight. Then it will keep asking for skywards number but won't save it (one example of minor flaws). ---------------------- Above was my original rating. I keep discovering more and more problems, not just with the app but also with their computer system and customer service.

Whoever uses this app, please be ready to take up the role of a Product Owner because apparently it doesn't have some basic features like linking the Miles booked from the application itself and the Customer "Support" team suggested that I had to give requirements as feedback for the application development team. So the users of this app can prep yourself to work as an unpaid Product Owner for them. It's better to book from third-party apps and call them to get Miles linked but within 6 months

doing online check in is the worst experience ever compared to other airlines, you will have to stand in line for hours at the online checkin counter, not sure why they even have an online check-in feature. The process is insanely slow across multiple countries.
