First Impressions, not so good. basically I have my boarding information it gives me a QR code it opens the app and forces me to log in. you tried to log in and then that email's already taken after you filled out the entire form. basically I print my boarding passes and move on. I don't know why all of these Airlines and travel apps can't make your experience a good one. Even the most basic app just lets you get started.

pretty bad in looking for flight options. once you've done more than 3 searched it sais "something went wrong" you can imagine it's not my first flight as I'm Elite but then because you're being blocked in the app, you have to use another search engine and surprise: cheaper flights! it's actually successful... for me

Horrible customer service. Never again will I fly with klm. Not enjoyable to pay for a service and not receive it. Spent 3 days trying to resolve it through whatsapp. Shown the price for light and standard. I paid for standard. Did not receive it. Shown the error with screen shots and the amount I paid, clearly showing standard was purchased. Only to be told that I'll have to purchase it again and there's nothing that can be done about it. Not interested in paying twice for a service.

What’s new
