Fiddly and unreliable. Had to Google to find why I couldn't connect with my phone using WiFi. Had to switch off 5gHz band on router. This has, sort of, worked. Connection to the printer is low and erratic. Sometimes it will print and sometimes not. Sometimes all of the pages, and sometimes only some of them. Not proving easy to find documents through the app that I want to print, depending on which files they have downloaded to. It does work but not brilliantly well and stressful to use

It's an ok app. Slow. Scanning with it is very slow. A few times the app froze in a circle wheel loading page on page 32 of a large document scan. I had to exit / close the app and lost all my progress. It's not a great app. Once the ink on my ecotank Epson printer is finished (it's a decent printer actually) I'm gonna buy a different printer with better software and apps.

My photos print too large or too small for the page. I have selected the correct paper size. Google tells me that there should be Layout options to scale the pictures, or to 'fit to page'. The options are nowhere to be found!! Even when I pinch the screen to shrink or enlarge the photo size, the app prints what it wants, regardless of what is shown on the preview screen. Dreadful app. A £200 printer should come with better software.
