Pretty simple and pleasant experience. Trip to Canada recently and needed data for the trip. Have never used a esim B4 but found it overall fairly straightforward. I did a few comparisons with other providers but what sold it to me was the ability to share/gift data to others (having 2 kids along on the trip meant this was really useful) plus the 2 yr usage date. Can't fault the signal quality whilst in Canada and personally had no issues or reason to call cust services. I would recommend.

Honestly, the worst eSIM provider I have ever used. They've tried to simplify the process, by linking 1 account / phone / SIM. But this means you can order esims on behalf of other people. It's then difficult to transfer data to another account - because they can't fully activate an account and eSIM without paying for their own data. Their support is fast, and talk you through what you can / can't do. But there are serious flaws with the product.

amazing teleco provider with everything needed for a traveller and beyond. replies to all queries immediately with instructional video making it super easy. the coverage and prices are probably the best I've seen around the world.
