Ratings and reviews

This seems like such a great idea but just doesn't live up to the hype. Some of the measurements seem accurate being based on the progress on linked resistance machines but the flexibility assessment is incredibly arbitrary and relies far too heavily on shoulder mobility to be accurate. I found it very discouraging because despite having clearly made great progress, this system seemed to suggest I had actively become worse.

Whilst the app is functional, the actual scans seem unreliable. I'm aware that certain things can affect the result and try to be consistent but my observation is that overall weight is the only marker that can be trusted. I'm seeing readouts that indicate the scales are struggling to distinguish lean mass from fat by surprisingly large margins of multiple kilos. The variations just aren't possible. It's interesting but I don't think the results should be taken too seriously.

Registration completed however no link comes to my email address to enable me to log in. I've been going around in circles just trying to log in and use the app. I don't know what else to try it's very frustrating
