Visible is designed to help you understand your energy-limiting illness including Long Covid, ME and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).

Unlike fitness trackers, Visible is designed for rest and pacing, not workouts and exercise. Track your activity levels, symptoms, fatigue, medication, crashes, heart rate, HRV, and more.

The free Visible health app helps you to:

- Measure your heart rate variability (HRV) with your camera in 60 seconds
- Get a stability score to understand your energy and plan your day
- Track your symptoms so you can spot patterns in your illness and see what lifestyle changes are impacting your health
- Download your monthly health report to get a view of your trends

Our wearable subscription, Visible Plus, includes a wearable device that helps manage and track your pacing with continuous heart rate tracking and real-time alerts to avoid over-exerting.

Ratings and reviews

I like data, and Visible helps me collect and compare my data in the short and long term. I can track what I am doing health wise, like meds or supplements, and see and feel what has changed. Am I better, worse, or the same? Then shampoo, rinse, and repeat with info on your diet, activities, breath work, etc. The app is so helpful because any factor could take weeks or months to have an effect, I don't have the energy to put it all together myself! I recommend the app to my clients.

It's still in beta, so keep that in mind. But the app is stable and does more than the basics. I've used athletic trackers for years and it's very nice to have one that is customized for those of us with chronic illnesses. Plus, the quality of the equipment is excellent! Even though it's still in earlier stages (aka this amazing app is only getting better) it is already SUCH a game changer! I've learned a lot about how my body really feels(response) about a lot of things, physical as well as mental and emotional stresses as well, even "normal daily" or even things I believed were relaxing to me actually cause overexertion at times and may need to be limited or adjusted like I set a timer to chrochet and not set a goal to finish to a set point now. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Love!!
