The app was working well up until a couple of weeks ago when it stopped working. I keep getting a message 'unable to startvrecird sound' every time i start a new recording. I have tried to resolve the issue by re unstalling the app, checking all the settings, and resetting my phone, but nothing seems to be working. The app is now useless to me. Update - still not working and no support.

The dictaphone interface is great, intuitive, clear, easy to use, and works just like a normal dictation machine. The transcription software works well. BUT, and it's a massive but, it is NOT possible to email the dictation. The button sends you to the FTP area, which also does not work. The description above says clearly that dictations can be emailed. So the app is absolutely useless. It would be brilliant on the go, it would even be good sitting at the desk, having the dictation machine separate to the PC. BUT NOT if you can't send the file. Crazy. This is a sine qua non. It needs sorting NOW and not thought about later. I need a refund from google play.

Terrible experience. This software in android does not work! It cannot send via email and it is totally pointless. I now have dictated letters that I cannot send out. I demand a refund. The app totally describes that it can send via email! Looks like this issue has persisted for more than 2 years and nothing had changed. WHY ARE YOU STILL SELLING THIS IN ANDROID?
