I'd like to congratulate the developers for this good App. However, I'd also like to bring to their attention about the continous crashing of the APP. Also,one has to refresh the App every few minutes to actually receive trips. The above is consistent even after updating the App. I hope this helps and looking forward to your improvement on the aforementioned issues. Otherwise, Keep up the good job and Thank You.

it would have been good but the problem is when it brings you far clients like when am in Nsambya it brings that of Nasser,Nkuramah and up town clients yet that fuel I use to go pick the order is not accountable, how can I use 2000 fuel to pick an order of 1800 what's that please? Another one is when someone orders a boda through the app and I call through and you don't receive the call. And other you reach the pickup point when is no where to seen, please teach also your customers how to use

acceptance rate shouldn't be an issue because the job is sent to three riders and its only one rider of the three to accept it, that shouldn't lower the other two rider's acceptance rate. rather i would suggest you put an amount of jobs one shld accept in a day or a week. for instance, with safe boda you're required to accept atleast 2 jobs in a week to keep your account running. they also display it making it more transparent. for urs you only get a warning and then a ban.make it transparent
