Lately I am having problem with this app on calculating the fare. I have to ask for assistance from call centre agent to do the calculations coz it's shows me wrong fare. I asked for assistance and did everything they ask for in the app but still a problem. Now I am asked to come to office.

The ,the driver fare is not good at all for drivers,, and it's lacks consistency, even if we update everything, it almost half of other similar options, need to consider this.

Feres is a good app with flexible trip tariffs that adjust according to business demand. It would be better if the tariff structure could be improved a bit, but other than that, it’s a great platform to work with. I’m happy to work with Feres
