Only halfway works. I just bought a $500 TV from Amazon and was supposed to get extra points, but the app didn't even find the purchase to give me the original points. Didn't even find other purchases from Amazon either, like ebooks. Doesn't find any purchases except (sometimes) Amazon, McDonald's, and Walmart even though lots of places send me e-receipts. Now this newest update has disconnected me from all of my linked accounts. All of these things need to be fixed.

Great app for the most part! As someone who does a lot of online shopping, it's awesome to get a few perks because of it. My one issue are my SHEIN orders. SHEIN is a part of the list of eligible eReceipts, BUT their emails are not formatted in a way that shows the invoice which shows the info Fetch needs. I can pull up my invoice orders on my SHEIN app, but there's no way to upload them? How am I supposed to get my points? Lots of online retailers dont send paper invoices anymore so im SOL

I scanned a 6k point receipt that the restaurant gave me and it was rejected. I made sure to check that it followed all of the conditions, filed a dispute, and got an email back saying, "Sorry. It's not eligible. Wish there was more we could do." Without further explanation.
