Giving it 4 stars because every time I buy the Asurion warranty online, I have to call and do a manual registration to my Asurion account. If I purchase the item in-store, I just have to add the receipt and it updates automatically. Otherwise, the app is stupid awesome. I've saved a bunch of money buying online and going to the store to pick it up. The online prices are almost always cheaper than in-store prices. The rollback alerts are great. I put a computer in my cart and forgot about it. I got an alert it was 80.00 cheaper on rollback online. I bought it through the app and picked up in store, saving that 80.00 because the computer was not on rollback in store. Thanks to my wife, Wal-Mart gets a good portion of my paycheck every week. You're welcome, Wal-Mart.
I like to use this app for pricing and availability. When it works, it works great. But many times it says that oops, there's been an issue and will not find items or prices. The search engine is bad, type in something and most things have nothing to do with the words typed. I think it's what they want to sell you.
This app would be far more efficient if you could sort your lists by aisle like the Kroger app. You can search items and it will tell you the aisle, but once you add it to your list that's unavailable. Needs improvement.
Searching sux on this app, but I love a lot of other features, like Walmart Pay & Savings Catcher. But Walmart Pay should still give an actual paper receipt - not just download it to Walmart app. I can't scan them then to get my rebates from the Ibotta app. :(
If the app would actually do as it's supposed to do, I would give it more stars. It's been acting up for a few days. I've deleted and reinstalled and still not working.
Really crappy app. New update lost the ability for the camera to focus on QR code to scan a receipt. Pharmacy history always says there is a error and can't connect. F*#k you Walmart.
