I order home delivery a lot but only recently noticed a $6.99 delivery fee if the order is under $35. I thought paying a yearly (or monthly) fee for the Walmart membership gave you free deliveries. I guess I was wrong. it's bad enough you pay $10 for express delivery or $5 for 2 or 3 hour delivery but if less than $35 add another 6.99 on top of the other delivery fees plus a tip. Why have a membership if delivery fees are getting added on? I only live 3 miles from the store.

The app is decent & is actually very helpful if you need to find a section of a store you aren't familiar with. However, the shopping part is HORRIBLE. They rarely follow the delivery instructions, they rarely find all of my order, the last 3 times I ordered fruit it was rotten when I received it, and a couple of times my bread has been crushed because they laid the heavy items on top of it.

I wanted to put an order in, but when I went to My Lists, I was missing a few. It only says I have 2 Lists, but, it does not show them, and there's nothing to click on to bring them up. One of those lists had $700 worth of items I buy regularly. Some were recipes. I even went into the purchase history, and all my purchases are gone too. This is frustrating.
