Not sure what happened, but the app just quit working for me. It refuses to upload my receipts. It will stay on the scanning page for an hour and nothing happens. the circles go around and around, but nothing. ice reached out to customer service and that's a joke. They just give me prewritten responses, regardless of how many I reach out to. It's like they don't even read my emails. It's beyond frustrating. So I suppose now all I can do is uninstall the app. It's useless otherwise.

EDIT: My account was deactivated and I was unable to get anyone to reply via app support or direct email. They did reach out to me after a negative review and my account was reinstated after a few hours, with the rep stating that it was a mistake. Still no explanation as to why it was originally deactivated, but I imagine it was that I do almost all auto receipts and always do $50 Amazon cards, so maybe it looked like bot activity. I'm glad it was corrected.

Keeping it at one star till they fix the app. Everything was fine at first, but now the e receipts won't scan at all. It's just stuck at the loading process and keeps spinning. I'm not the only one experiencing this, so I know it's not just a me issue. It better be fixed soon or better get an update soon that fixes it or I'll just uninstall it. I've been doing a lot of online shopping lately and this app is just a waste if it doesn't scan my online receipts.

What’s new

Fetch is getting a holiday touch-up. We refreshed parts of the interface to match our latest designs, and we fixed a bug that sometimes sent push notifications off-course. Now everything feels smoother — no snowy detours.
