Service is a waste of money. If you are deciding between an apartment that makes you pay for fetch and one that doesn't, go with the one that doesn't. Most packages get delivered fine, but far too often there are missed delivery windows and lost packages that don't show up for scheduling, and then you have to file a report through their app. This leads to scripted customer service replies that are entirely for show, imo. If you have time critical packages, definitely avoid this service.

They've lost many of my packages in the course of two years. The app asks for the tracking number of the package they lost in the help/ chat section and when you go get it the chat has erased all your info when you come back and you have to start over again. If you have a valuable package I highly advise you you use Amazon pickup locker because it will go "missing" in the warehouse when it arrives. Do not rent from an apartment that uses this, bad management decisions.

Absolute worst. They promise a delivery time, tell you that you have to be there for a large item (the box is about the size of a a PS5), then never even attempt, then the app just always say they're still coming on a past date 2 days later. Then you have to provide a customer support case just go find out it's lost. All the whole charging you $18 a month
