I tried logging in today and it wasn't working I reinstalled the app and now they're telling me my device is not supported, how???? I also had the same fingerprint issue another person spoke about. This is making it a very unpleasant experience because it's already a "local" bank and doesn't offer much. Try fixing this because it's tiring and frustrating and there's a ton of good Banks out there. Thanks

Hello fidelity, the app isn't working. I tried logging in but it always says error problem with mobile communication network,I uninstalled and reinstalled,now it shutdown by itself if I start it. Now it says device not supported. But this app was working so well for me. Why after reinstalled then device not supported? I'm using latest Android 15 on newest honor magic 7 pro. And Huawei mate 20X Harmony OS both devices work well until suddenly shutting down now both devices not supported?

I tried sending money from my account to my wallet but wasn't successful due to some maintenance issues yet the money has been debited from my account. I thought it was going to reflect today but still not received and it has been debited from my account.
