I've used PenFed for less than 3 years. I've been locked out of my account at least once for NO rational reason; they told me I was miles away trying to login, in Alabama, when I wasn't. 🙄 I repeatedly have to type in username and password to log in, and the biometric option (which I had it set up for) disappears as the app opens. Being able to log in (quite basic function) has been difficult. I won't use it for anything else based on what I've seen from others' problems with other functions.

Logging into this app has to be the most difficult thing I've ever tried to do! Since it was updated about two years ago I can no longer use my finger print to log in and it continually refuses to let me log in. When I try to reset my password or username it wants me to enter my birthday, there is no way of doing that manually so I have to back the calendar up 70 + years in order to set it. Please fix this!

Can no longer login to the app. The error says: "We are having trouble connecting. Check internet connection and try again." It's been like this for days now. I can still login from the browser. I force stopped the app, cleared the cache/data. Still the same error. UPDATE: There was a new app update, which i installed. Let's me past the login page, then 2FA, after that it shows loading then says: We're sorry. We are currently facing some technical issues. Some of the services are not working.
