Never had a problem with the app before. Now I change device Samsung S24+ and I can't pass the app terms and conditions pop-up window. I won't allow me to close it or even move the image to reach an X or close button. I'm frustrated because I can't use the app. Already did everything that was suggested by the support staff. I uninstall the app, restart the phone, installed it again, nothing work. Hope they can fix it soon.

I love PenFed, but this app really sucks. Whoever has been designing and pushing software updates for the past year or so has slowed this app down to a snails pace. Some functions like money transfers or the feedback button dont load and freeze the whole app. For years and years this was a fast, useful app that removed my need for atms, but now I have to go through the automated phone line anytime I need to do basic banking.

Getting worse and worse. Won't remember login info anymore. Hardly let's me successfully make a payment. Typically pops up with "to many redirects" when I click on the "make a payment" button. Force closed multiple times in the last 2 months. It's actually so inconvenient I've literally thought about refinancing my car so I can use a different banking app.
