Since the most recent updates, I've have been unable to log into the app. An error pops upafter typing in my user name and it says to try again later. (Samsung Galaxy S5, Android 6.0.1 on Verizon with up to date security patches)
Almost unusable. I have to go through the login process multiple times until it is successful. It keeps throwing an "unknown error".
No need to go anywhere, I do everything through the app it's perfect!
Basic app and website to review accounts. Can you put the statement balance on the main credit summary by the due date? Now it only has the min. To see the statement balance, it see seen in make payment or the statement itself. Also credit transaction no longer will download to quicken directly. Will that be fixed?
Saying it's available around the clock is completely not true. It is down every week at multiple times for "maintenance". Basically every Sat evening going through Sunday mid-morning, it is always down. Plus at random other times during each week as well.
Every time I use this app I either get an endless spinning wheel after answering a security question or "unknown error". complete failure.
