Small UX issues, like lack of smooth animations and transitions, hinder an otherwise decent app. It would also be nice if it took some material design cues to better match the OS. As for features, there seems to be no option for managing bill pay.
This app is very limited compared to the Bank of America app. It says I can't use the deposit function but I had to go into a branch to learn I need to be a member for 90 days before I can. It would also be nice to see and do more with accounts. It's mostly limited to seeing transactions posted.
This is a great banking app. I have never had any problems with this app and it is so great that I can do any banking or review my accounts securely right on my phone anytime, anywhere! I also like the feature of being to locate fee free ATMs wherever I find myself. Great App! Very pleased with it.
We made purchases 2 days ago that STILL have not shown up on the app. The available balance has not been correct for 2 days. What is taking so long?? Can't use a app to manage tour accounts when it takes forever to update those accounts. Seems almost worthless.
Since the most recent updates, I've have been unable to log into the app. An error pops upafter typing in my user name and it says to try again later. (Samsung Galaxy S5, Android 6.0.1 on Verizon with up to date security patches)
The app would be perfect except that pending charges are not displayed. The purpose of the app is lost when it doesn't provide the accurate available amount of money. The delay in deducting pending charges from the total amount in my account has caused me to not use this app as much as possible. However, the app works great and it's easy to use aside from the issue with the bank itself failing to display pending charges.
