This app is very limited compared to the Bank of America app. It says I can't use the deposit function but I had to go into a branch to learn I need to be a member for 90 days before I can. It would also be nice to see and do more with accounts. It's mostly limited to seeing transactions posted.
Since the most recent updates, I've have been unable to log into the app. An error pops upafter typing in my user name and it says to try again later. (Samsung Galaxy S5, Android 6.0.1 on Verizon with up to date security patches)
Almost unusable. I have to go through the login process multiple times until it is successful. It keeps throwing an "unknown error".
After the latest security update/patch "January 1 2017" on my Samsung S6 the Penfed app will not allow me to login. I can log into my penfed mobile account via the web so I know the mobile account is working. I tried so many times to clear the cache and data from the app, then delete the app, restart the phone, and then reinstall the app. This does not help. Not sure what to do next. Please fix the problem. I think it is something that coincides with the latest security update. Thank you for looking into this.
Overall pretty good. Always seem to have issues with mobile deposits regardless of which mobile device we use. And would like a few more options on the mobile app, similar to USA.
This app is fair, but needs a SERIOUS upgrade. A member can't accesd or use the Pay Bills tab only visible via laptop or PC....!
