Logging into this app has to be the most difficult thing I've ever tried to do! Since it was updated about two years ago I can no longer use my finger print to log in and it continually refuses to let me log in. When I try to reset my password or username it wants me to enter my birthday, there is no way of doing that manually so I have to back the calendar up 70 + years in order to set it. Please fix this!

Initially when you join up with PenFed they give you 5 star service. However after that they're done with you and any loan requests or credit card increases get denied. They will not give you any specific reason. Other than to use the word unavailable. When you talk to them on the phone they are dodgy and tell you the not specific reason is a legal reason. Legally it has to be specific and stated in clear written language of why you are being denied. The app is a 2 star. Major login issues.

doesn't give the running balance on your account with each purchase or payment, likely as a means to keep you not knowing what your balance was as you spend. once upon a time it was there but not since the new app a couple years ago. makes it so much harder to keep track of finances and it sucks.
