Here’s how to sign up to Fido:
👉 Download the Fido App and register only once.
👉 Confirm your details with a valid ID (NIN / Ghana Card) and an address.
👉 You must be over the age of 18.
👉 Complete the Fido Score assessment.
👉 If you are a business, complete you business information.
👉 Kindly note Minimum Repayment period: 90 days and Maximum Repayment period: 180 days.
👉 We accept MTN, AT & Vodafone Mobile Money wallets.


Here’s how to repay:
👉 Log into the Fido App, select the 'Make a Payment' button and follow the prompts.
👉 You can also dial *998# to repay.
👉 For other options like using the MTN, AirtelTigo and Vodafone menus, find the repayment process in the Fido App 'Help' section.

Fido personal credit and business loans are intended to assist entrepreneurs and individuals with their everyday needs and not to service long-term debt obligations. Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for the highest loan amount is 70%. This is based on an interest of 0.299% per day. Processing fee per credit is 26 GHS, and Deductible Commitment fee is 1.4%.

Representative Example:
A borrower who receives 3,500 GHS credit for a 180-day term, will be charged an interest rate of 0.299% per day, thus 1,203 GHS in 180 days, and a processing fee of 26 GHS, summing up to a total repayment of 4,729 GHS. A deductible 1.4% commitment fee is applied, and 49 GHS will be deducted from the principal.

‏In summary: 3,500 GHS (borrowed amount), minus 49 GHS (commitment fee) + 1,203 GHS (interest) + 26 GHS (processing fee) = 4729 GHS (total payment).
The borrower has the flexibility to make early repayments at any point which may reduce the above-stated interest.

bothered to install app, and realized later that company is not serious. ...will frustrate customer at least opportunity to do so. popular for nothing; won't recommended, really... bomb paaa. all they know is OTP OTP OTP. They don't even have live online customer assistance online, in addition to not responding to phone calls. you can only talk to them if and when they feel like it.

I applied for a loan and the message I got was there is an issue with the network, meanwhile I did a transaction on the same number a few seconds ago and it worked perfectly so I do not understand where the network error is coming from. If this is how I am being treated after a taking a loan from them for the first time then I can imagine how badly the subsequent requests will go. Very bad service
