Updated on 07/16/25 and app will not even open. Every time it force closes. Unacceptable for a banking app. Afraid I won't be able to reinstall it on my phone, or if I do, get back into the app. I'm tired of playing games with it. But guess what? 🤔 Oh, that's right. It has no problems sending me notifications that I CAN DO NOTHING WITH SINCE I CAN'T GET THE APP TO OPEN!!!!

The old app worked fine. This one does not. Although this has nothing to do with this app, I cannot download my transactions from my account to Quicken and have basically been told they don't know when that will be fixed. I no longer can get a safe deposit box and they closed my local branch and added a storefront location with two ATM machines for my convenience. I'm moving my accounts to another bank as soon as I can get all of that set up.

This app update is terrible. It would have been one thing to update it for bug fixes and things, but it has been completely revamped, and I hate it. You can't see any pending transactions such as check deposits. You used to have confirmation of the deposit, and then an email is sent to you to let you know it had been deposited. No confirmation of any type. No disclaimer saying checks deposited after 5pm may not be available until the following business day. No email was sent. This sucks.
