HUGE SCAM! CAREFUL! Was charged for the annual subscription for signing up for a trial. Did not get any upgrade but was charged $50. Won't let me restore purchases, and the report problem button doesn't work. Guess I'll have to go through the bank to get this reported as fraud since there's no other way to get help... waste of time, stole my money!

I tried to login after not using the app for a while, and I was made to go through the account creation process. So it seems that my previous account with all my $FITT and items was deleted, and now with my new account I don't receive $FITT whenever I level up and there are never any challenges available. Not sure what the deal is.

I purchased a “Shoe-Based Pass” and then it was silently rebranded as “Origin Pass” with no warning. The app abruptly shut down overnight, stranding paying users with no notice. They promised a $25 refund, but I never received a cent. This brazen bait-and-switch is outrageous, completely unacceptable, and a total betrayal of trust. I’m furious and feel ripped off. Buyers beware: avoid this dishonest scheme at all costs! Scamer
