Slow, clunky app that badly needs a complete makeover. Latest update removed the means of adding items to the shopping list, at least on mobile (clicking on an item doesn't add it to the shopping list, despite what the prompt says). They now seem to want you to add them to the cart instead (for online shopping), which I don't use. Zooming on items doesn't work well. And clicking to see all coupons leads to a broken link. Loblaws PC Optimum app is much more user friendly and well designed.

Not the best. I reinstalled the app hoping their would be more deals which there was but still none that really applied to what I needed. The cashier couldn't even scan the app (she did try for a minute but it wasn't scanning even with the brightness turned all the way up) 🤦🏽‍♀️ kinda just a waste of time/effort and phone space

Moi rewards is garbage and not worth the time or effort. I probably spent more money on the power bill charging my phone wasted on this app than I've saved using It. I will be deleting this app and no longer scanning my card when shopping ever again. Moi is a total joke of a loyalty program. I will continue to shop at Food Basics, but I already was before Moi. Moi is not the icing on the cake of a good store, it's plaster.
