The app has improved over the past year. Unfortunately, the quality of the prepared meals has gone done. Due to my ill health, I cannot cook anymore so I relied on Fresh Direct. They used to have restaurant quality meals. Now they barely beat frozen meals. The beef is like rubber & the lobster Mac had one piece of lobster 2 times. My choices have become very limited. There are other issues and I have repeatedly tried to inform them and given them the opportunity to fix them. I give up.

A buggy mess. Where to begin? This app is a buggy mess! It constantly crashes and I'm constantly logged out, and I can't use my fingerprint to quickly login. Google integration is so slow. Secondly, I've updated my profile a bunch of times and I log back in and everything is right back to erroneous data that was replaced. Thirdly, there's no way to quickly track your order. Upon login I should be able to see the status of my order. I shouldn't have to dig for it!

painfully, horribly slow, to the point where it really affects my buying behavior in a way that is negative for the company. with Amazon as an example, the app is so quick that whenever I think of something I want, I added to my card or I buy it. with fresh direct, even opening the app on a modern cell phone takes 10 seconds and checking out of the fresh direct card or adding something to an existing order is a real occasion, resulting in me buying a lot less than I would like to.
