Have been a driver for veho for several years until the last 2. Wanted to do it again in the side started using and then poof stopped getting offers. But there was no pop up telling me why when I opened the app. After much digging I found the only way you are notified when the deactivate you, even for mundane reason as insurance or expired driver's licence is 1 email. That was promptly lost in my email. Make a pop up when we open the app at least.

THE APP IS THE PROBLEM AND THEY DON'T WANT TO FIX IT!!!!! I have only done 3 routes total. I started last month. My first route was in a place with poor cell service and the app was refreshed multiple times. This causes the app to put previously delivered packages BACK ON THE ROUTE. I ended up GOING BACK to the houses to re-scan the packages. My next two routes had similar issues. I even completed my third route and it still shows I had 2 undelivered packages THE NEXT DAY.

my experience with Veho has been great 👍. It is definitely better in comparison to Amazon Flex because we can actually choose our route and that really helps because once I'm done, I'm not far from my house! the app is user friendly and can easily be navigated and the customer service is top tier with helping out with troubleshooting issues!
