App sudden malfunction and lagging is annoying when you had open position. Been advised to uninstalled and re-install but still the same. This is not good for something that you need immediate and constant access during trade. edit: uninstalled and re-install 3 times, sometimes it work sometimes it does not. when it works, can click on anything, sell and buy button does not work. what is wrong with this app recently?

I love the outlook and the simple to use and view interface but recently the app has slowed down considerately and sometimes I have trouble ending my trades on the demo. I'm scared now to even place trades on the lives. also, is there an option to get rid of all the trading news? I believe that's what is causing all the lagging.

Pros 1. Fast response but required strong wifi or strong 5G connection. 2. User friendly for Beginners to learn. 3. Good graphics charts for users decision making and analysis. Cons 1. No automated repeat of orders. 2. Push Notifications are inconsistent. Sometimes, there is no push notifications for more than 24 hours. 3. Occasionally, error occurred and unable to display any data. 4. Customer service should be improved because most of the time, the CS don't understand the apps.
