Opened an account to pay a merchant in USDC and avoid card fees. OKX refused to send my money to the merchant stating that there is a hold period for an initial deposit. Closed the account. Hidden information was the 10 days hold on initial deposit. It will allow currency exchanges within its market, making it look like everything's normal, but not to make payment or withdrawals. It's operated as a brokerage but not as a bank, so it is designed to lock the money within its reserve.

very bad. app freezes when validating my zip code. Chat support is slow and cannot fix. I was trying to be a customer, but if I cannot even validate a zip code, I guess your app is not reliable to send my money.
