The most useless app I have ever seen on google store. Fingerprint isn't working, back buttons aren't working, colors aren't visible. Yellow color on white background. Gcb wasting money on the engineer to design nonsense app. The alternate sign in button isn't working, typing username and password all the time. hopeless and silliest app so far in the market. Nonsense 😠😠🫴🫴

I've been able to use the credentials sent to me to log in to my account on my computer but when I enter the same credentials on the app and press the log in button, it doesn't give me any feedback. It stays on till I close the App. But when I log in using a web browser, am able to log in with ease. What could be wrong? Is the app not working?

The app keeps loading forever. It will not load anything. This is by far the most useless app sitting on my phone. Before you tell me to try another device or clear cache or reinstall it, I have done all that. It used to work and after the last update it just won't load anymore. I am not sure why any reputable bank will have such useless app sitting on their customer's devices.
