After creating the account successfully, I deposited money into it, but later for about three weeks now I'm not able to login again. I called customer service and I was told the problem is resolved yet I still can't login.

This app is very easy to use, fast, and convenient. I have not had any problem accessing my account ever. For those customers who are having problems with this app, I want to humbly suggest that they log out of other apps that may interfere with gcb app before they log on gcb app to do their transaction. For me, this app has been so helpful and I give it 5 star. gcb, our bank for life.

I registered with my telecel number but because I'm no longer using that number, I deactivated the account. But when I try registering again, that same number is static in the system meaning I can't use another number for registering on the app and I can't access the otp code sent since I'm no longer using that number. What should I do.
