Decided to try the app and setting it up is very easy. However, I made two deposits 3 days ago (Friday 15th August, 2025), money has been deducted from my MoMo balance but not credited to my account as at now nor a reversal of both transactions. I'm wondering what the problem could be. Customer service line isn't going through (MTN).

this app is very terrible..... I've tried reaching them through their numbers like almost two months ago...it doesn't even go through and one of the numbers is even invalid 🙄....I personally went to my nearest bank to activate my account up till now, it's been two months now,no messages of activation....I don't even know what to do again

If there was a half star rating , I could have given it to the app and overall GCB services. Just a few days ago , I sent airtime to my other sim, It did not reflect on the sim but money was deducted, The most painful part is I called customer service like 5 times with different numbers . No one responded until later and told me the money would be refunded and even went to the bank because the customer service didn't do anything and the bank told me after 24 hours, still nothing was refunded
