As a roboticist I have a lot of experience with GPS software. This app is exactly what I wanted to make reasonably accurate estimates of locations as easy as possibly with just my phone. I used it last night with great success to pinpoint my astrophotography telescope and mount location. I sat my phone on the tripod and let it average a few minutes worth of readings then used the coordinates during polar alignment. My images look great as tracking error was the lowest it's ever been!

Only good for fast gps points acquisition in the field. Easy to use and minimalist. Points on the map disappear after a while. Not sure if this is a bug or an intended feature. Importing points is missing and would be nice to have. To make acquistion even faster a one tap record of a gps point would be great to have (with a fixed number of averaging, for example).

Juraj, this is a perfect, full featured tool. It's exactly what it needs to be, one purpose and good at it. I walked all day collecting points on my land and it did not crash or give me any problems. I cannot generally afford to pay for stuff I don't use often, but this is worth a few bucks. If you made it voluntary price, it would be fair! One suggestion is to perhaps add kml as export format? More importantly, when exporting, the filename should be the name of the point!
