Not getting notifications when my card is used. I have called about this no less than 5 times. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled multiple times. All of my notifications settings are turned on. This is an important feature for me and I really need someone to figure it out. It was working great and seems to have started when the 2 apps were combined. there used to be one for GTE Mobile and one for GTE Cards. but now you sign in only thru the Mobile app.

I purchased a vehicle two years ago, and the financing was done through GTE. in order for me to make a monthly payment on my vehicle, it is at least a 15 minute process every single time. aside having to create a bank account at GTE in order to even pay the bill, and pay the fees for the account to be open and me not using it as a checking account every month, the app refuses to save passwords. every month I must go through an account lock/recovery to pay my bill on time. extremely frustrating.

Normally gave no problems with the mobile app, but now when I try to sign in, it's closing. I'm getting error Messages saying that I needed to clear the cache. Or after doing that, I still got that message, and it added that the app had a bug. I Uninstaller the app, and reinstalled the app, and it's still doing it. I've emailed support in hopes that they get it fixed.
