The Gerolsteiner DrinkCheck app – your very own personal hydration assistant! With the free Gerolsteiner hydration app, you can easily determine your hydration needs, track your drinks, and drink enough water. We also regularly offer exclusive competitions for our app users!
Based on your body and activity data, as well as the weather, the DrinkCheck app uses scientific calculations from the Cologne Sports University to determine your daily, individual fluid needs. As your activity or the daily temperature increases, your fluid needs also automatically increase. Thanks to optional drink reminders, forgetting to drink is now a thing of the past!
For optimal use, the DrinkCheck app can be connected to Health Connect. This transfers your activity directly to the DrinkCheck app, so you don't have to enter it manually every day.
You can also add drinks and view statistics via the widget on the home screen, without opening the app. You can choose between different sizes.
Of course, the fun factor is a must: With our challenges, you can take on new challenges and, for example, try to become a "Zero Hero" and not drink any sugary drinks for a week.
A challenge of a special kind: In water mode, you can try drinking only (mineral) water and do something good for your body. In normal mode, all drinks are allowed, of course, and you even have the option of adding your own drinks, such as "non-alcoholic beer" or "Strawberry Matcha," by specifying their water content.
Our TrinkCheck app is completely free. By registering in our premium area, you can transfer your data to other devices, view your complete historical drinking statistics, and participate in regular, exclusive competitions.
