Ratings and reviews

App won't open anymore after it updated today (Oct 3rd, 2025), so I can't view, send, or even print the vouchers/tickets for the activities I booked. And when I tried to use the website to open the vouchers/tickets instead (or even to browse for more activities), it punts me back to the non-functional app (even when I keep clicking "continue with web version").

What a fantastic trip, suitable for all athletic abilities. We had the option for e-bikes or regular bikes. Conor, our guide was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and kept the pace just right. We saw a great deal of the city in a safe, easy way. He kept us on bike paths the entire time allowing for stops at a distillery for a free tasting, the transportation museum, the university and West End as well. We could not have had a better time!

This is a horrible way to book experiences. If you try to book something the same day you get a count down to make your purchase, making you fee rushed to grab the deal before it is gone. Then, once booked, you can't cancel. You are only able to cancel 24 before events, but that doesn't help if you book that day, or if something unexpected happens. Even when things go well, there is a layer of confusion between you and the venue. Horrible experience.
