It's the worst app out of the whole gig economy, The rate for orders has been getting lowered every week, so they add features such as daily missions so you don't notice. Eventually, I won't be surprised if the rate goes below £4 for an order. Hubs have useless management who don't know what's going on and seem to be getting a free paycheck. When the dynamic pay went live, not a single person from management had a single idea. It just shows how bad this company is.

Cannot log into my account. Driver support is not responding to my multiple emails. Every time I update my auto insurance in the app, my profile gets deactivated. This happens every single time and it's happened again. I've sent multiple emails to support with absolutely no response. I really don't know how to fix this and at this point I'm frustrated.

As a driver, I loved driving for gopuff. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I no longer have access to my old cell number, I had to change it. I am unable to log in as a driver. It used to send a verification code via text and email. This has switched to just texts. I've been reaching out to driver support now for over a month. I've filled out and submitted forms online. I've gone to the driver support page and have tried chatting with an agent. There's just no driver support! My account gone.
