Two of my most recent experiences resulted in waiting up to 3 hours for my order to even be packed when delivery was estimated at 30 minutes. They automatically apply a 5 dollar credit and customer service cannot do anything other than say I'm sorry. They also do not know how to delete account information even though it is listed on the website. Gopuff used to be so good. Big sad. Update: I was sent 3 year expired food and it was the only reason I placed the order. redelivery was denied

recent order had a half dozen sell past expired items, the supoort chat tooo forever, literally 45 minutes of my time wasted - offering 6$ refund for about 25$ worth of bad food and drink. I also ended up having to drive to the actual Go Puff location to get some items replaced from several days ago, replacements rotten too. told me I'd see credits - has not been done. between ordering and when most items were resolved this was nearly a 4 hour unpleasent ordeal. I cannot recommend this any more.

First time ordering, decided to order from BevMo!'s 3 hours before they closed the driver, got lost, put pings down, went outside, tried to help driver multiple times through calls, and txts driver conveniently canceled alcohol order at last minute. After the location, closed. never again. Don't waste your time or money. ( After my review reached out to support "figure it out" thax for the refund the bare minimum. I even that was a pain they couldn't find my order that was canceled.
