Good, I'm hoping it will get better. The app requires manual updates even with auto update enabled, workout challenges are pretty much copy/pasted from prior challenges so I am starting to get bored. Food tracker is ok and even though I'm glad it's in this app, I wish it showed data better (macros and progress) and had more food profiles. For someone new yes, it's fantastic with the community aspect and workout plans that save time. But, I'm now I'm craving more creativity in the workout plans.

It's ok in my opinion. The program selections are pretty limited for someone working out at home and trying to change a move mid-workout makes you have to start from the beginning again. I'm not a fan of the move timer running and not being able to stop it unless you pause the whole thing. Sometimes I need a breather and don't need the anxiety of "did I pause it? Oh no, it kept going and now the app is 5 sets ahead of me." good potential, just not worth cost for me.

Love this App and the workouts. I used it for about a week and ran into some $ problems and had to cancel and get a refund. It was no issue! Now I'm back a couple months later and beyond excited to feel better again. That was the best week of my year when I started. I felt so good and light and active. I love the little animations with detailed descriptions of how to do the workouts!!
