talking with support to close a order.. they her whatever .. was giving me a hard time expecting me to order twice...talked to support girl named hala or something and now i open the app to order and my number is blocked.. DONT BOTHER DOWNLOADING

some of the delivery agents are rude, the customer support don't take the feedback into consideration. delivery fees are high, product price are 10% higher than actual price in store.

It allows to pick the restaurant and make an order, and at the very last, when you submit a message, it appears that there is no delivery to your location. My location is on the app, and I have my current location on the time of order. Today, 3 restaurants at submit a message appeared that they cannot deliver. After I finally managed to make an order and submit 10 minutes later, they call that restaurant doesn't have the food 😑
