love everything about HarcoCu! I moved 3 hours away from nearest branch but still keep it my accounts because everyone is there to help customers. The mobile app is easy to use even though I have limited computer skills. I do have one suggestion. when I go to pay my Visa by transferring $ from cking to Visa, it would be a bit easier if there were an option to "pay statement amount" instead of me having to put in the amount. That would be helpful since I & many others always pay our cards off

Forced to update app today, but says new ver no longer compatible w/ my Galaxy S9 (it's a few years old, but give me a break). Previous version worked perfectly w/ zero bugs. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Seems the choice is either get a new phone, or move my funds to my other bank's acct & close this one. This might lose you a lifelong customer. Please fix it!

We have to constantly reset our password because harco loses it, somehow, and gives us login errors... This is frustrating, and after 20 or so password changes throughout the years we are out of password ideas... This isn't just a mobile issue but an issue on the harco website as well... Smh
