If you read the review responses, HCF has been promising to fix MFA for nearly 2 years. If HCF were professional it would have been done a long time ago. New idea, disable MFA until it works. How hard is disabling a feature. When it supports individual phone numbers you can re-enable it. In the meantime the app remains unfit for purpose.

More often then not I log on the the app but it stays in "loading" mode. Really embarrassing when trying to make get a rebate. The dentist had to wait 30mins until I could open the app to use. I don't used standard the issue. I have the latest Samsung and my data is full so it has to be an app issue?

Updated 26 Feb 2024 and now it doesn't work. Not happy Jan! Message I get every time I try to go in: HCF keeps stopping. Update 24 April: I contacted HCF via the email address located here and they fixed the issue with the app and my Samsung Galaxy A5. Happy to say the app is now working well like it used to be. Well done HCF! Now a five star rating!
