Happbit empowers people to take control of own happiness, mental health and improve on daily basis.

Happiness is a state of emotion that most of us aspire to but unsure about how to get there. With science and positive psychology interventions, Happbit helps building Happy Habits in life. Our tracks are designed by psychologist and Phd professionals by studying evidence based interventions in the filed of psychology and cognitive behaviour. We help to bring mindfulness, positive thinking and empower individuals to nurture healthy lifestyle skills (like having purpose, happiness act, active listening, mobile detox, healthy sleeping, stress management, fitness, giving back to society and many more). These happiness tracks are simple to adopt & easier to continue.

In today’s fast-paced world, we tend to turn to our phones for entertainment or comfort, scrolling through news feeds that can contribute to our stress and anxiety rather than helping it.
