Formerly 5 stars, but yesterday was the last straw. I've been having nothing but problems with this app for a few months. One week I couldn't get in to select my free item which is valued at up to $15.99 so I was pissed. And this week I tried as hard as I could all day Tuesday, my last day to edit before Sunday's delivery, and all I saw was a blinking screen. Midnight came and went and I was locked in for the week having pared down but not finalized my choices. This is not acceptable!

dont get the subscription! their app is super glitchy. I needed to skip my 2nd order. it wouldn't let me view any of my up coming orders, it wouldn't let me pick my meals or skip. I had to reach out to support which either would kick me out within 1 min of trying to talk or I wouldn't be able to see their responses. they picked the food for me and scheduled it since I couldn't skip or contact anyone. also every time I contact support it asks me to sign up again even though I never canceled.

4/5 stars on the service, meals are delicious and is generally delivered on time. 1.5/5 stars on the app itself. UI isn't the friendliest but it works enough to choose and schedule your meals. However, recently my boxes have not been including all of my recipe cards. So I open the app to look up the cooking instructions, but they refuse to open. I have to resort to opening them on the desktop webpage instead, which is wildly inconvenient.
