This completely sucks. It is so overpriced, and they charged me for 2 weeks in 1. It can't replace restaurant food because although the meals taste good, part of the enjoyment is going to a nice place and not having to do it yourself. And it also can't replace regular groceries because it's so much more expensive. If you want healthy food for cheap just find some recipes online and buy the ingredients yourself. If you want extreme convenience either meal prep your own food or buy TV dinners.

They shipped me a box even though I skipped, I have an email saying my meal was skipped, and I have a screenshot of the app saying "unskip to get your free item" AFTER they charged me. Something wrong happened in the app and they still refused to refund me, I called as soon as the charge hit my account. They told me they could change the meals or the address it was delivered to, but for some reason are unable to refund me for the apps mistake. In addition, meals are constant repeats.

Untransparent pricing; you can't see normal billing details in the app. Annoying pop-ups, annoying doom-scrolling layout. ~$14+ per uncooked meal (serving). Each meal could be bigger, but I am taller than average. The food is good, the recipes are good, the packaging seems good except for the freezer packs which are heavy and need to opened and contents thrown in the trash (mystery substance contents).
