Once I enter the chat and respond I can't leave the chat or else it will go blank. The app is pretty useless coz sometimes you just want to chat without anyone hearing the conversation over a phonecall. It's quite disappointing coz it's a great initiative. However your IT didn't put in enough work or your App developers and I feel like they should make a newer version of the App that's more efficient. It doesn't even deserve a start actually. 0 rate

This worked surprisingly well with a couple hiccups initially getting it setup. But then I managed to chat to a doctor and request for her to call me which she did not too long after logging the request. However I am now unable to do anything more on the app. When I return to the chat window it just shows our previous interaction and no option to either continue typing anything or initiate a new request for assistance. So unless it's a one time use thing, then this app is completely useless to keep using.

Doctors doesn't close the chats. So when you need assistance you cannot. it's once off. The app is a complete let-down. Once you asked to be contacted you cant send any more text messages. Made a request at 12h00, only got a call at 15h00, ended up making a booking with a real doctor.
