This app is supposed to have cloud storage available. I bought small cameras without SD card capability because everything I read both in the product listing and elsewhere said this app (which the cameras use) has cloud storage. It's nowhere to be found in the app. The cameras work well, but are useless without being able to record and store video.

Playback speed selection not working. only 1x speed working. 4x, 8x etc. not working. app version 6.1.6 When contacted support, they ask to backward, forward using time bar. No solution given for the issue. No option to download cctv footage from android mobile app. updated to version 7.2 but still the fast forward option is not working. Also unable to transfer saved videos over whatsapp. Gives an error.

Update of my review of this new updated app. I do NOT like it, (I LOVED THE PREVIOUS VERSION), this app has a bar of icons that disappear after hitting the PTZ button, the "watch button" is now gone so my camera keeps returning back to the same position and the "senior button" every now and then seems to disappear, please revert back to now it use to be, if it ain't broken don't try and fix it! There is no need in trying to reinvent the wheel if the wheel already has away of rolling!
