This app is ridiculously horrible. I was getting all my notifications 4 to 5 hours late yesterday so I downloaded the latest version and boy was that the biggest mistake ever. Now I can't see any conversations from any of my clients. When I called support they told me to click on the blue question mark in the top corner... surprise, there is no question mark on the app. Calling support is not real support apparently.

It's an awesome app to use to help manage our clients campaigns, especially on mobile devices instead of logging in on website. Only problem, it freezes up a lot and won't load or open lots of times recently on my Samsung Note 9. Now it doesn't work at all. Won't open and now clients can't access either. So frustrating and wish it would get fixed ASAP!

Useful App if I could get the features to work.. 1. Your support button does work. I click on it and nothing happens. 2. I can make outgoing calls.. just hangs up every number I call. 3. Can't or Don't know how to set up push notifications for text messages 4. There's no "Settings" button Texting functionality is ok. Loads a bit slowly sometimes, but its useful.
