No customer service if any problems arise. I have paid for the whole year eagerly, looking forward to watching exceptional movies and entertainment on my phone and tv. Unable to stream, connect another device like my smart tv with the app. The lack of self-help is just appalling. Just with two devices, I'm getting these problems. Think with 5 devices! Until customer service and my issues are solved, this app gets a 1* It's funny how quickly the money got taken out of my account when subscribing!

Such a popular platform but they don't have a "PLAY FROM BEGINING" option. This is the first time we wanted to watch a Bangaldeshi show for the second time, and every time we had to rewind it back, for every episode. and guess what happened on top? Some episodes were played till last and there was no option to return to the beginning cause the next episode started automatically. After hours of futile efforts we called it a day. Thanks to your app devs 🥴🥴

As A Paid Subscriber of hoichoi.I loved the series and movies. but I think a little bug is there when watching a movie or series. the bug is when every scene changes apparently the video was blurred for a short time of 2-3 seconds. I wish this could be fixed. because it's interrupting the viewing experience of a movie or series.
