It's great that I don't need any expensive or space consuming equipment to do these exercises at home, and yet I still feel challenged eventhough I'm reasonably fit for a 62yo man.

My wife and I just completed my first workout and I am okay with it. I paid for the year to stay motivated in keeping up with the routines. Thanks for keeping the app affordable. I still have some things I would like to explore because I don't know the app well. I would like to not just have warm-up exercises but maybe some cool down stretches as well.

This app is simply great but, despite selecting chest and shoulder focus, routines only include legs and abs exercises... I uninstalled it as I could not find routines for the upper body. It is a pitty as all the other functions were beyond my expectations!
